Last night, Maya slept in her crib the entire night! Gus and I have been inconsistent about this, since a) co-sleeping is so easy, b) she sleeps really well when she's with us, and b) we were worried that she might wake Nikos up with her crying. But it went great! I nursed her one last time at 10pm, put her down for the night, nursed her again at 2:15am, and then she woke up at 7am! Not bad at all! It looks as though our co-sleeping days might be drawing to a close, which is bittersweet.
I do want to add, however, that it stinks when both kids wake up at exactly the same time and both want to be held-- and you are the only one home because Daddy has already left for work. This morning was rough-- I officially need another pair of arms!
