Cake!

I have to brag about Nikos' birthday cake. Not only is it going to taste incredible (lemon cake with raspberry creme filling and buttercream frosting with a hint of almond), but I am very proud of how it turned out! This was my first-ever attempt at a "fancy" cake. I had lots of advice from experts, and I think it turned out pretty well, all things considered! Nikos hasn't seen it yet, and I'm looking forward to seeing his expression tomorrow when he sees that there's a TRAIN on it! Not just any train, either-- it's the special edition Percy "Happy Birthday" train! I love that he will be able to look at it and recognize Percy right away. It's going to be great!
