Happy Maria Day!

Okay, so I can't seem to recall what today is actually called, but it's a huge holiday in Greece. It's basically Virgin Mary Day, which means it's also the name day (similar to a birthday) for everyone named Maria (and all the variations). And since Gus' sister is named Maria, we went up to Yiayia and Pappou's house for a barbecue celebration today. Nikos was in fine form, showing off like crazy for his captive audience. And Maya had fun, too, though she was pretty sleepy and napped quite a bit. All in all, it was a good day! Nikos' favorite part was playing in the dirt. See Exhibit A:

He also showed his handy side by helping his daddy assemble a table and chair set. He somehow knows where all the screws go without so much as glancing at the directions. A genius, I tell you!
